Our client, a Nationwide manufacturer and retailer, are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join their Derbyshire based team.

You will be responsible for partnering and providing support to the Sales and Operations Head of Departments.

The role will involve:

• Developing and implementing  an HR plan for the learning and development, recruitment and performance monitoring of staff.
• Providing HR support to all members of staff
• Identifying learning and development needs within the team and working together with team leaders to implement them.
• Developing resourcing plans with Heads of Department and providing a talent management  programme.
• Work with Heads of Departments to create and maintain a high standard of performance throughout the business.
• Liaise with team leaders to facilitate regular and structured performance review for all staff.
• Develop and implement a reward structure for all employees.

You will have a strong HR Business Partnering  background with proven ability to form excellent relationships. You will also have experience of delivering and implementing a successful HR strategy within a commercial environment.
