We understand that true success comes from understanding your needs, not ours. All too often a Recruitment Consultancy can be heavily focused on what the client demands and forget the most important element – you! Therefore the foundation of our success, whether you are a permanent, interim or contract HR Professional, is based upon three key promises which make up our Candidate Charter: 1) Feedback within 48 working hours of receiving your application; confirming receipt of your CV and the next steps in regards the specific role you have applied for. 2) As you progress to short-listing stage you will have personal contact with a consultant to take you through our detailed qualification process; understanding not only the basics but the real reasons and motivations behind your job search 3) Honesty - if we have feedback we'll tell you, if we haven't we'll tell you. If we haven't got any suitable roles, we'll tell you and if we have, well, we'll tell you.
To further cement this Charter, we ensure that our client base is aware of our commitment and agrees to provide feedback in a timely fashion. Too many Recruiters over-complicate the process by trying to be 'smart' or perhaps 'economical' with the truth.
