A first-class opportunity working for a luxury brand. 

Reporting to the HR Manager this role will truly partner operations.  Providing creative solutions to a broad set of challenges including ER , learning & development, recruitment and retention and operational excellence. A consultative approach together with the ability to work at pace in a dynamic, fast moving culture is essential.  The role will be field based and supporting across the business – retail, manufacturing and head office.

The organisation is growing and diversifying and it’s an exciting time to be part of it.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar working environment Retail or Hospitality and be at least part CIPD/equivalent qualified, able to demonstrate first class ER knowledge.  In terms of character, you must be resourceful, creative and entirely flexible.
